Over the last couple of months, so much has went on. Yet I have not found time to blog. My poor blog.
But where has the time gone? I have had a lot of design work. My customers are all so wonderful. I am working on www.sterlingkeeper.com now and they will be finished up shortly.
One of these days, I will get a complete list of the sites I have designed for your shopping pleasure!

The new look of BISI Designs
It was a long time coming if you ask me. The end of July I finally had the design hammered out and installed into BISI Designs website. I LOVE the new look and have had so many wonderful compliments!
Now the poor, neglected blog has the look too!!! It all matches and looks good.

New BuyItSellIt Themes Just Released!
Tomas asked me to create some new themes for the BuyItSellIt admin and they are a BIG hit already! They were released late yesterday evening and stores are already swarming for a new look! These themes come free with all BuyItSellIt accounts. All you have to do is go into your admin, go to Appearance and select Themes to choose a new look for your store!

What IS BuyItSellIt???
Well, BuyItSellIt, often referred to as BISI, is an AWESOME place to build your own website. First off, it is cost effective. I have not found another place where you can host your own, custom website for just $4.95 a month. And the features that BISI offers, WOW!
Many talk about BISI as an eBay alternative. It is! BISI has a common shopping area where shoppers can come and search for items and land in each BISI store. But the great thing about BISI is once the customer lands in your store, there is not a big banner to get them back to BISI. You only have a link at the bottom of your site if you have a free store. That means the customer is yours for the taking!
I think the best part of BISI is there is no fees other than your $4.95 monthly fee! You get to list an unlimited number of products and up to 10 images per product! You have multiple pages of your store that are not product pages such as Contact Us, Terms & Conditions, About Us and 20 additional pages to use for product information. You get unlimited categories and as many sub categories as you want.
For the $4.95 a month, you can have your own domain so your customers see http://www.mysite.com in the url bar for all pages of your site instead of http://mysite.mybisi.com. You also get the option of installing a "custom" template so you have a more unique look to your store.
Now, let me talk about custom templates for a moment. They are called custom because you get to customize what goes where, the colors, and everything. But... you can easily purchase a low cost stock template which saves a lot over having one custom built for your store and your store only. Stock templates are great if you are just starting out and do not have a lot of cash to buy the look you want. You can always purchase a totally customized, unique to your store, template later on. You can always change the look of your store. You are not stuck with one look. One gal changes her color scheme quite regularly but keeps the same layout and logo so the customers know it is still her site. Another template option falls between the cost of a custom template and a stock template. We call these our OOAK (one of a kind) templates. They are premade but will only be sold once unlike our stock templates which are sold again and again.
